A dwarf fighter may use taunt a second time in a room.

This item’s power may not be invoked more than once per room nor may it be invoked more than twice per game. I.e., it lets you use taunt twice in two different rooms.

Note: This is one of very few items that can only be equipped by one of the fighter classes–in this case, only dwarf fighters can use this item.

Remember: Taunt requires a Free Action to activate. This item allows a dwarf fighter to taunt twice in the same room, but not twice in the same round.
