This is the ÜBER-RARE misprint Librium of Looting!
The story goes that "Librium" was the original spelling but it was changed to "Libram" due to trademark issues. This is an extremely rare token, and the only one that I've seen for sale over the past 4 or 5 years was this one!

If the Rogue Skill Test is successfully completed, this item allows the rogue to both receive the room’s clue and get a token draw. When a rogue successfully completes the Rogue Skill Test without this item, the rogue must choose either the clue or the random token.
