If the wearer is a rogue, in addition to the always-on melee Cold damage bonus, once per game, they may attempt a sneak attack with a Ranged weapon. This ring does not guarantee the sneak attack will successfully hit. Furthermore, this ring does not enable the rogue to sneak attack a creature that is normally immune to being sneak attacked.
